It’s a little embarrassing that my cakes do not turn out like the beautiful cakes you find on social media. I do not come from a long line of good bakers. I do try to stick to recipes but come on, sometimes the recipes are a little complicated and beyond my skill level. I hate the videos that make all the delicious recipes look so easy and fast via Facebook or Pinterest.

Tuna Noodle Casserole:
Ingredients: 1 can Albacore Tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, Approximately 1/2 can of milk (thin), Egg noodles or shells.
Direction: Mix tuna, soup and milk, Cook noodles and add all the ingredient together – back @350 degrees (cover with foil for about 30 minutes)
Top with shredded co-jack cheese. Either put back in oven to melt, or top and let it sit for a while to melt.
Chocolate, Chocolate Cake:
Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 12oz bag of chocolate chips, 1 sm instant chocolate pudding, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup warm water, 1/2 cup oil, 4 eggs
Directions: Mix all together until well blended, Place in greased bunt pan, Back @350 about 45 minutes
Boston Pork Butt:
- You can but butt in crock pot with a package of Chili seasoning on top of the meat, and then add broth (chicken or beef) for 7 hours on low.
- Put your Butt in the crock pot, pour a bottle of BBQ sauce on top of the meat, add a can of beans (black or any kind you like) and a can of corn (you can also add carrots, or banana peppers/jalapeños if desire) cook for 7 hours on low
